Tormented Souls II picks up after the horrifying events at Wildberger Hospital. Caroline Walker hopes her sister, Anna, can return to a normal life. However, Anna soon begins to suffer from disturbing visions filled with violence and death. These visions influence her to create sinister drawings that quickly manifest into a terrifying reality.

Determined to save her sister at any cost, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa-Hess. Her journey leads her to a mysterious clinic, hidden deep in the mountains of southern Chile. But beneath the seemingly friendly smiles of the hospital staff lies a repulsive truth, and it's not long before the sisters find themselves entangled in a new, even more profound nightmare.
