Tormented Souls II picks up after the horrifying events of the first game. Carolina Walker, hoping her sister Anna can finally find peace, soon discovers that Anna is haunted by vivid, violent visions. These dark images begin to manifest in reality through Anna's disturbing drawings, pulling both sisters into a fresh wave of unimaginable nightmares.

Driven by a desperate need to save her sister, Carolina embarks on a perilous journey to Villa-Hess, a remote town nestled in the mountains of southern Chile. Her destination is a mysterious clinic, seemingly a place of healing, but behind the welcoming smiles of the staff lies a grotesque and horrifying truth. The sisters will once again find themselves trapped at the heart of a new, insidious terror.
