Originally, the War Sails DLC was planned for a June release. However, a couple of months ago, TaleWorlds announced a delay, shifting the launch to this autumn. This decision was made to allow the team more time to improve the base game and ensure the upcoming content is polished to the highest standard, delivering the quality players expect.

As the new trailer strongly suggests, a core addition in War Sails will be comprehensive naval battles.
